Dementia Care
Dementia care at home in Lincolnshire
Unhurried help from someone who knows dementia, without leaving the house that still makes sense.
Home is full of clues that help a person living with dementia make sense of the day: their own chair, the view from the window, the kitchen they've cooked in for years. Moving can take those away.
A live-in carer experienced with dementia keeps life calm and predictable, and notices the small changes that families often miss from a distance.

Signs it may be time
- Meals or medication are being forgotten
- Your relative is confused about the time of day
- They've started to wander or get lost
- A partner is worn out from caring around the clock

In Lincolnshire
Your GP can refer to Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, which runs memory assessment and specialist dementia services in the county. The carer can sit in on those appointments and carry the advice into everyday life.
As needs change
Dementia progresses, and the support changes with it. We review the care plan with you regularly, and if nursing care becomes necessary we'll talk it through honestly.
