Who we are
Lincolnshire Sisters ("we", "us"), 22 Forge Crescent, Pinchbeck, Spalding PE11 3TN, is responsible for personal information you give us through this website. This policy sets out what we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, phone number, email address and your message.
- Find a Carer form: your contact details and postcode, and details of the care needed - who it is for, the kind of support, mobility, when care should start and how it may be paid for.
- Callback request: name, phone number and the time that suits you.
- The address of the page you sent the form from.
Details about care needs may include health information. We ask only for what we need to reply and start arranging suitable care.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, call you back, arrange a free assessment and introduce suitable carers. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, and for health information, your explicit consent when you choose to provide it. We don't make automated decisions about you and we never sell your information.
Who we share it with
- Our enquiry management system: enquiries are recorded in the shared enquiry system operated for our sister service, Live-in Care Direct (api.liveincaredirect.org), so our team can manage and follow them up consistently.
- Supabase and Resend: used to email a copy of your enquiry to our team.
- Website hosting: our hosting providers process the technical data needed to deliver this website securely.
- Google Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies on our banner, Google processes details of how the site is used - such as pages visited and approximate location - so we can see visitor statistics.
We don't share your information with anyone for marketing.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them, and we don't use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time from our cookie policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, to arrange or provide the care you've asked about, and to meet legal and accounting requirements. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Email care@lincolnshiresisters.co.uk or call 01775 557444. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will always be on this page.
