Terms of use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms
These terms cover your use of lincolnshiresisters.co.uk, run by Lincolnshire Sisters, 22 Forge Crescent, Pinchbeck, Spalding PE11 3TN. By using the site you agree to them. If you arrange care through us, a separate written agreement sets out the terms of that service.
How our service works
The Care Quality Commission recognises businesses like Lincolnshire Sisters as introductory agencies under the Health and Social Care Act 2008. We find, check and introduce carers to clients; we don't directly employ carers to provide regulated personal care. Your written agreement explains who is responsible for what.
Information on this site
We try to keep everything here accurate and current, including prices and funding figures. It is general information, not financial, legal or medical advice. Prices shown ("from £1,200 a week") are a guide: your actual price is confirmed in writing after an assessment. Funding rules and benefit rates are set by government and usually change each April.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, for example by sending false enquiries or trying to disrupt it. The words, design and images we own may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.
Liability
We are not liable for loss caused by relying on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that English law doesn't allow us to limit.
Your information
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
